LIVE DIGITAL CLASSROOMS · STARTS JAN 10

“How was school?”
“Fine.”

Twelve weeks from now, you get a real answer.

In 12 weeks, your child learns to handle hard feelings, speak up, and bounce back, in a live class with kids their age. You learn the same skills in your own class, the same week. So the calm, the talking, and the confidence keep going at home.

These skills anchor in when you practice them together.

What is the Love4Life™ Family Program?

A 12-week online social-emotional learning program, taught in live digital classrooms, for kids ages 5 to 18 and their parents and caregivers. Kids learn to handle stress, name their feelings, and bounce back in small live classes with kids their age, while parents and caregivers learn the same skills, the same week, in their own class.

Why families choose us

What you want for your kid. What you want for yourself.

A kid who can handle hard feelings

Skills to calm down, name what they feel, and bounce back from a hard day.

A kid who actually talks to you

Shared words for feelings, so ‘fine’ turns into real answers.

A calmer you

Your own class teaches you to respond instead of react, so the yelling stops being the default.

The cycle stops here

Hand your kids tools you never got, and learn them right alongside them.

You’re not doing this alone

A live teacher, a small class, and a community of parents who get it.

It actually sticks

Live classes, a weekly rhythm, and 15-minute Anchor Drops at home. Not another app.

Built on 25 years and 30,000+ kids in real classrooms. Backed by a two-week money-back guarantee.

Does this sound like your house?

You’ve tried everything you can think of.

The books. The new rules. Taking the phone. Giving it back. Sometimes something works for a week.

And underneath it all is the part nobody says out loud: you’re tired. Mentally and emotionally exhausted in a way you’ve never felt before.

“Every nerve feels worn down. You love them more than anything, and some days you react in ways you’re not proud of.”

Parenting can feel like a job you were never trained for. Love4Life™ gives you and your child shared tools to meet the hard moments together.

Your child

The anger arrives before the words do. The door. The attitude. The sudden storm over something small. They feel things bigger than the language they have for them.

You

You hold it together all day. By dinner there’s nothing left. You react in ways you regret, and you know it while it happens. You want to be steadier. Nobody taught you how either.

Your home

Everyone’s home and everyone’s on a screen. Four people under one roof, four different nights. The small moments that used to connect you keep getting lost in the logistics.

A mother at home with her two preteen daughters resting their heads on her shoulders, all three smiling

Soccer is on the calendar. Homework is on the calendar. Real connection usually isn’t. That’s why the week can feel so full, and you can still feel far apart.

Most parents want to know: is this normal?

Schools often step in when behavior becomes a problem. Therapists step in when a child needs a diagnosis. So it can feel like the first door only opens once something is wrong.Love4Life™ is for families who want support before they get there.

The real reason you’re here

You don’t want them to remember you yelling.

Most of us parent with what we absorbed growing up. Some of it was good. Some of it we swore we’d never repeat. Then one day, we heard it come out of our own mouths, in our own kitchens, in our own mothers’ voices.

Nobody taught you how to stay calm. You learned to handle feelings by watching adults who were figuring it out as they went. Then you became the adult in the room, with the same training they had.

You’re still the adult here. And you’re tired.

The cycle can end. A different pattern can begin here, not by trying harder, but by finally learning the skills no one taught you.

Be the first to know

The part everyone misses

They teach your kid for an hour. We teach your whole family.

Your child practices something new in one room. Then spends the other hundred and sixty-seven hours in the room that made it hard. The skill has nowhere to live.

Children learn to steady themselves by borrowing calm from the adults around them.

You matter here, not because you caused the hard moments, but because your relationship with your child is where new skills take root. And that’s a place you can begin.

For your child

Steadiness lives in relationships. That’s why we teach both of you.

The skills we all need

Your power. Your voice. Your choices.

Your child learns they matter, they have a voice, and they always have a choice. You learn it too, the same week, in your own class.

Six skills your child builds

01 Naming the thing

Words for a feeling before it comes out sideways.

02 When a friend stops being one

What to do when teasing turns into something else.

03 Holding a line, kindly

A no that keeps the friendship.

04 Worth you build yourself

Where confidence comes from.

05 Asking for help, and offering it

Knowing when you’re past what you can carry alone.

06 Bouncing back

What to do after a hard day, so tomorrow starts fresh.

This is education. Taught live, in a room, by someone who has done it for 25 years.

Kids leave more confident, more resilient, and ready to use their voice.

There are only four things you can control.
We call it Control4™.

What you think, what you say, what you do, and how you feel. So much happens beyond your control. You always get to steer what comes from you. That’s where your power lives.

01

Think

The story you tell yourself about it.

02

Say

The words that build the room back up.

03

Do

The next small action, chosen on purpose.

04

Feel

The feeling you name, so it can move through.

A six-year-old runs the same four as a forty-year-old. That’s what makes it possible to teach you both at once.

In class and at home

The same proven rhythm, every week.

Inside the room

Kids settle in fast because every class follows the same structure, built around our signature tools: BAM Breathing, EmoCards check-ins, the Word of the Week, real discussion, hands-on activities, and journaling. Storytelling, roleplay, and movement keep it alive. Fifty-five minutes goes fast.

  • BAM Breathing™
  • EmoCards™
  • Word of the Week
  • Discussion
  • Activities
  • Journaling

The Anchor Drop

Your family’s anchor ritual: 15 minutes together, every week.

Each week, your family gets the Anchor Drop: one small activity you do together at home. A question at dinner. Two slow breaths before bed. A walk with one thing to notice.

It’s how the skills move from class into your home, and how the bond between you grows. Families keep doing it long after the twelve weeks end.

The kids who hate the idea are usually the ones who come back for week two.

Everyone else teaches the child. We bring the whole family back to each other.

The founders

25 years before it was ever a company.

Patricia Jones built this. Twenty-five years teaching social, emotional and mental skills to children. More than 30,000 of them, in rooms from gang-affected schools to corporate boardrooms.

It was refined in front of actual kids. They tell you immediately and without mercy when something misses.

Patricia teaches Cohort One herself. That stays true for exactly one cohort.

Three programs. One enrollment.

Your child gets a program. So do you.

The Kids' Program

A live class every week with kids their own age, 10 max. Control4, BAM Breathing, and real friendships.

Your Parent Program

Your own live class every week, taught by co-founder Carissa Hetrick. Open to every parent and caregiver in your child’s life, included.

The Love4Life™ Community

Live from day one. Connect with parents and caregivers who get it, plus resources and conversations on the topics families ask about most.

Community topics include

  • Meltdowns and hard moments
  • Anxiety and worry
  • Phones, screens, and the first smartphone
  • Friendships and bullying
  • Bouncing back from setbacks
  • Your own reactions
  • Raising kids who lead

Everything your family needs to grow together, in one place.

What a week looks like

Twelve weeks. One simple rhythm.

Connection is the one thing in the week with no appointment, so it gets pushed back until it starts to disappear. A boat doesn’t need bad steering to drift. It only needs to be left without a course. Love4Life™ gives connection a place in the week: same time every week, for twelve weeks, already on the calendar. It can become your family’s anchor.

  1. Your child’s class

55 minutes, live, with kids their own age.

  2. Your class

  3. The Anchor Drop

Class days depend on the times you choose.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions parents ask us.

Do I have to do the Parent Program?+

Yes, and we hope every grown-up in your child’s life joins you. It’s the reason this works. A program that teaches your child and leaves you out stops working at week twelve. If 55 minutes a week for three months is more than you can give right now, this is the wrong program for your family. We’d rather say that than take your money.

What happens in the Parent Program?+

Every week you join your own live class with other parents and caregivers. You learn the same skills your child is learning that week, taught for grown-ups, so you can practice them together at home.

Who can join the Parent Program?+

Every parent and caregiver in your child’s life, at no extra cost. Both parents, stepparents, grandparents, guardians, and co-parents in separate homes are all welcome. Families come in every shape, and so does this program.

What’s inside the Love4Life™ Community?+

A private space, live from day one, to connect with other parents and caregivers in your cohort, ask questions, and find resources on the topics families ask about most, from meltdowns and anxiety to phones and friendships.

My kid will refuse.+

Most of them say that first. Then they find out it’s roleplay, movement, and talking with kids their own age. Nobody lectures them about their feelings. Patricia has held the attention of children who did not want to be there for 25 years. Come to week one, then decide.

Is this therapy?+

This is education and skill-building, the way a music teacher teaches an instrument. No diagnosis, no treatment plan, no clinical record. It sits alongside therapy for families who use both.

Is there a money-back guarantee?+

Yes. Come to the first two weeks. If it’s the wrong fit for your family, tell us before Week 3 and we’ll refund you in full. No hard feelings.

Are classes recorded?+

Yes. Every kids' class and every Parent Program class is recorded so families can catch up on a missed week. Recordings live in your private portal, shared only with families in that same class. You’ll confirm recording consent when you enroll. Every class also opens with a room agreement: what’s shared here stays here.

I have more than one child.+

Each child joins the age group that fits them. The first child is $497 and each additional child is $447 ($50 off), or 3 monthly payments of $149. Every parent and caregiver joins the Parent Program once, however many children are enrolled.

When does it start and when does enrollment close?+

Cohort One runs January 10 through April 1, 2027. Enrollment opens November 1, with early access on October 30 for the list, and closes January 6, or sooner when a class fills.

When is the next cohort?+

Dates for our next cohort will be announced soon. Join the list to hear first.

You would do anything for your kid.
