What a Love4Life™ Anchor is
Anchors are certified instructors who teach the Love4Life™ curriculum. Every Anchor completes our free, live certification before teaching, then gets ongoing support from our team.
What you’ll do
- Teach live, online kids' classes (55 minutes, up to 10 kids)
- Choose the age group you’re most comfortable with: elementary, middle school, or high school
- Lead each class using the Love4Life™ Power Guide and materials
- Create a safe, warm, fun space where every child is seen by name
- Join regular Anchor support meetings
- Time commitment
- Teach as many classes as you can handle. Plan on about 1.5 to 2 hours per class each week, including prep, for each 12-week cohort.
- Training
- Free, live Anchor certification, about 4 weeks, with a manual that walks you through each week. Because we invest in your training, we ask for a teaching commitment after certification (details shared during interviews).
- What matters most
- No specific degree or credential required. We’re looking for people who can hold the room and see every participant, who care deeply about this work, and who bring a positive attitude and a real desire to make an impact.

- Complete Love4Life™ Anchor certification · Background check · Reliable internet and a quiet space to teach

Certified Anchor, Parent Program
Teach the live, online Parent Program to parents and caregivers.

What you’ll do
- Teach live, online Parent Program classes (55 minutes)
- Teach the same skills kids learn that week, for grown-ups, using the Power Guide
- Hold a warm, judgment-free space for parents and caregivers of every kind
- Support conversation in the Love4Life™ Community
- Join regular Anchor support meetings
- Time commitment

Lead Anchor
Train, support, and grow our team of Anchors.
- Remote

- About 30 hours/week
What you’ll do
- Help deliver the live Love4Life™ Anchor certification
- Observe classes and give Anchors supportive, practical feedback
- Lead regular Anchor support meetings
- Help keep every class true to the Love4Life™ curriculum
- Work closely with our founders on quality and growth
- Must have
- Proven experience delivering training programs (train-the-trainer, professional development, or facilitator training), plus experience teaching kids or adults.

- You can hold any room, you lift others up, and you care deeply about this work.

Social Media Strategist
Grow Love4Life™’s community across social media.
- Remote
- 1099 Contract
- Part time, flexible
What you’ll do
- Plan and run our social calendar across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and short-form video
- Turn blog posts and The Anchor Drop into carousels, pins, reels, and posts
- Grow our audience of parents, caregivers, and educators
- Track results and report monthly on what’s working
- Must have
- A proven track record of growing social accounts, with results you can show (portfolio and metrics required). Experience with family, education, or wellness brands is a plus.
